It was the responsibility of the Town Council of Torrent, as a public body, to ensure that its services were accessible to all its citizens in the shortest time possible, without making any substantial changes to its website.

The Torrent Town Council website became fully accessible in just three weeks, quickly and easily.

Workshops were held for Town Council staff and a number of disabled persons’ associations of Torrent to learn how inSuit worked.

Thousands of users with disabilities or difficulties in accessing the Internet now use inSuit each month to browse and access the public services offered by the Torrent Town Council.
