Accessibility statement
At Everycode S.L., we constantly work to ensure universal access to our website. Our goal is that all people, regardless of their age, disability, or any other personal circumstance, can navigate throughout the domain insuit.net without encountering access difficulties.
To achieve greater accessibility of the INSUIT website, criteria based on the WCAG/WAI guidelines established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the international organization overseeing technologies and the adoption of standards on the Internet, have been applied. In this respect, the INSUIT website has been developed with the aim of ensuring its compliance with the AA level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 from the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the W3C. Everycode SL has assessed the accessibility of this website following the WCAG 2.1 requirements.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.insuit.net excluding content embedded from other domains.
Current Status
The website www.insuit.net has achieved Level 3: inSuit Certified™: Excellence ★★★. This recognition validates our commitment to eliminating digital barriers and ensuring that our content reaches everyone equally.
The certification is the result of an exhaustive conformity audit conducted by EVERYCODE S.L., whose independent inspection unit is officially accredited by ENAC (no. 593/EI923).
To ensure maximum transparency and scientific rigor, the process was conducted in accordance with the following standards:
- Technical Regulations: Compliance with the EN 301 549 standard, the framework of reference for accessibility in ICT products and services.
- International Guidelines: Application of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines (Level AA), which define global web accessibility standards.
- Inspection Methodology: Evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17020 standard, guaranteeing an impartial and high-quality technical inspection.
inSuit Commitment: We will continue to work continuously to ensure that our platform is an inclusive, usable space adapted to the needs of all our users.
The following functionalities have been added to www.insuit.net to enable better access to its content:
- The visual features of the website (font type, font and background color, etc.) are defined using style sheets so that users can adjust the text features according to their preferences.
- Font sizes have been defined using relative units so that the font size can be increased or decreased in browser settings.
- If a user accesses the page with a browser that does not support style sheets, this does not pose a problem as they can still access the content with CSS disabled.
- The web pages have a clear structure so that all content is visible to all users, including those using screen readers and even users who disable style sheets, etc. To this end, section headers, lists, and all elements that aid the general understanding of the website have been coded in HTML.
- The site has been built using code compatible with formal grammars to ensure that the content is displayed correctly across different browsers.
Inaccessible Content
The following content is not accessible for these reasons:
- Some images are not labeled or have a generic textual alternative [requirement number 9.1.1.1 of the UNE-EN 301549:2022-03 Non-textual Content standard].
- Some prerecorded videos on the website do not have audio description or alternative means [requirement numbers 9.1.2.5 and 9.1.2.3 of the UNE-EN 301549:2022-03 Audio Description or Alternative Means (recorded)].
